Her love of food has taken her to cook all over Great Britain, Europe and America. Antoinette had a small catering company in London for many years cooking for corporate lunches, small banquets and receptions for the Mayor of Kensington & Chelsea and other high profile hostesses.
Why gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free?
After a car accident, major back surgery and the collapse of my immune system I suddenly developed a wheat, gluten and dairy intolerance. As I had to stop cooking professionally I concentrated on my writing and started experimenting with new ingredients and converting much loved traditional recipes into delicious new ones to cater for everyone suffering in the same way.
