Antoinette Savill is a Glenfiddich award winning cookery writer
Antoinette has been writing cookbooks for the past 25 years. Her love of food over the decades has taken her to cook all over Great Britain, parts of Europe and America.
For many years, Antoinette had a small catering company in London cooking for corporate lunches, small banquets and receptions for the Mayor of Kensington & Chelsea and other high-profile hostesses. After a car accident and major back operation Antoinette had to stop cooking professionally and concentrated on full-time writing.
Antoinette suddenly developed food intolerances after major back surgery and the collapse of her immune system. After 18 months of heavy medication and after all the usual hospital tests was told that she was not allergic to anything but it was obvious by the severe reactions that gluten, wheat and dairy was no longer a healthy option.
